1. Introduction
Welcome to Peneterrer. By accessing the website https://peneterrer.com, or any of our services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (the “Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Definitions
- AI Agents: Refers to the artificial intelligence systems that simulate the behavior of professional penetration testers to perform security tests and generate penetration test reports.
- Automated Penetration Testing: Denotes the penetration testing services conducted by Peneterrer through its AI Agents.
3. Account Creation
By creating an account and verifying their domain or website, the user grants Peneterrer explicit permission to conduct penetration tests on the verified domain. Users acknowledge that they have read and agreed to the accompanying disclaimer and accept any potential consequences arising from their actions.
4. Services Provided
Peneterrer provides a platform for simulating ethical hacking and conducting penetration tests on user-verified targets, including Automated Penetration Testing. Additional features include vulnerability management software and an AI Assistant. These services may vary depending on the selected pricing plan.
By using our services, users agree to the following:
- Penetration tests and reports generated by Peneterrer’s AI Agents represent a snapshot of security controls observed during the specific testing period.
- Security threats are dynamic. Users implement recommendations at their discretion, and Peneterrer makes no guarantees that implementing these recommendations will ensure complete security.
- Reports are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- While Peneterrer uses advanced methodologies to identify vulnerabilities, complete accuracy or exhaustive identification of all vulnerabilities cannot be guaranteed. Findings and recommendations should be reviewed and validated by qualified cybersecurity professionals before implementation.
- Peneterrer assumes no liability for any errors, omissions, or outcomes resulting from the use of its platform.
5. User Responsibilities
By verifying a domain, the user affirms that they either own the domain or have explicit written authorization to conduct penetration tests on it. Additionally, the user agrees to:
- Refrain from using the platform for any malicious or unauthorized purposes.
- Conduct penetration tests only on domains they are authorized to test.
- Obtain explicit permission from the relevant organization before initiating any tests.
The user also agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information generated by Peneterrer. Such information is strictly for use between Peneterrer and the user’s organization.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are only granted when specific penetration tests identify no "Web App" Vulnerabilities with severity levels of critical, high, medium, or low. "Web App" Vulnerabilities with informational severity and any "Techstack" Vulnerabilities (regardless of severity) are not considered when evaluating refund eligibility. Refund requests can be submitted via https://peneterrer/refund. Refunds are not granted for dissatisfaction with platform performance, results, or due to time-based constraints.
To process a refund request, users must provide the unique Penetration Testing ID generated for each test that meets the refund criteria. The request must be submitted within 30 days of the test completion to be eligible for the refund offer. Supporting text is optional. Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days. Refunds are void if the platform is misused.
7. Limitation of Liability
Peneterrer’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the rendered services. We are not responsible for direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from vulnerabilities identified or the use of our platform.
8. Fees and Payments
Peneterrer charges subscription fees on a monthly or yearly basis. Refunds are only granted when no vulnerabilities are identified in any penetration tests. Access to services begins upon successful payment. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless canceled via the settings panel.
If a subscription is canceled, no refunds or credits will be issued for already billed or paid amounts. Peneterrer reserves the right to change pricing and offers at any time; however, changes will apply only at the next renewal for existing subscriptions.
9. Termination
Peneterrer reserves the right to terminate a user’s access to any part of the Platform at its discretion, particularly for non-compliance with these Terms. Termination may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all associated account data. Users may terminate their accounts by following the provided instructions. Upon termination, all user data will be permanently deleted.
10. Prohibited Uses
Users agree not to use the Platform for any of the following:
- Conducting unauthorized penetration tests.
- Engaging in malicious, illegal, or harmful activities.
- Uploading or distributing malicious software.
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
- Accessing or using another user’s account without authorization.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, including introducing viruses or exploiting vulnerabilities.
11. Amendments
Peneterrer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of updates via the email address provided during account creation. Continued use of the Platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
